Refund Policy
Conference Registration
All conference registration refund requests must be made in writing to treasurer@amwancal.org by April 22, 2026 (11:59 PM Pacific Time) to be eligible for a partial refund. Approved requests will result in a refund of the registration fee minus a $35 administrative fee. Requests made after April 22, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund for any reason. No refund or credit will be given for failure to attend, no shows, late arrival, or early departure. Conference registrations are non-transferable.
